Grant:1252 1253 to whom King Henry 111.,in the 37th year of his reign,granted a charter for a free warren throughout all his demense lands in the counties of Stafford,Salop and Warwick.
Grant:1272 1273 about the beginning of Edward 1 reign,he received a grant of the manor of Baxterly,in the county of Warwickshire,from John,son of William Luvel,his relation.

Sir John Chetwynd was the son of Adam de Chetwynd.2 He died circa 1240.1
